Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

It is the customers responsibility to check local customs and import regulations, we are not responsible for any fees and duties required by foreign customs outside of the United Kingdom, furthermore please be aware that carriers levy handling charges for imports and exports which the customer will be liable for. No refunds will be offered should the customers local customs and excise withhold delivery of goods and items.  

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also be aware that these are purely estimates and actual shipping times may vary based on season and circumstances beyond our control. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full KG.

Items not deliverable or delivery refused

Should a delivery be returned as undeliverable due to no fault of Music Corner, this could be due to incorrect supplied address, no one available to accept delivery, multiple attempted delivery failure, (This is not an exhaustive list) then the cost of actual postage will be deducted from any refund given. For local standard deliveries this will be £3.00 and International deliveries £25.00 or the actual cost whichever is the greater.
